Rates are an all inclusive package plan. They INCLUDE gratuity, state and county tax, lodging, 3 meals per day, refreshments and afternoon snacks, horseback riding, fishing, laundry facilities and all activities that take place on the ranch. Sunday-to-Saturday stays include horseback riding for 5 full days as well as all other ranch activities.

Longer Stays are often requested and are pro-rated based on the nightly rate.

Single Supplement: $30 per day is added to the above rates for a requested single occupancy. For a 6 night stay this would be an additional $180.

*4 night stays must begin on a Sunday or end on a Saturday. Not all weeks are available for less than 6 nights, especially during the prime summer weeks when we can fill the space with a full week reservation. Large groups requesting a 4 night stay during the prime summer weeks may also be declined or asked to choose from other options.

**2 and 3 night stays as a rule, do not include horseback riding. These options are primarily for fishermen or those interested in non-riding activities. These shorter stays are most suitable for early and late season periods and for workshop/retreat groups at these same times.

Transportation: We meet people at the regional airport for Steamboat Springs or at a motel in Steamboat Springs and charge $50 a trip per vehicle one-way.

Non-riding or non-fishing rates: Rates will be discounted 10% for adults who do not ride or fish during their stay.

Horseback Riding: This is available Monday through Friday. Weight limit for horseback riding is 225 lbs. Riders exceeding this limit  need to inquire about riding options. There may be exceptions and we will consider these on an individual basis in advance before confirming the reservation. If in doubt, please ask.

Adult Weeks: We have many adult weeks throughout the season and each year differs. Please contact us to discuss your interest and dates of travel.

Group Rates: Please inquire as they vary depending on week, number of guests and ages.

Deposits and Final Payments: A deposit of 25% of the reservation is required within 10 days of making the reservation. While we prefer personal checks, we also accept cash, money order, wired funds, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The balance of payment is due before checkout except for groups of 8 or more or specialty weeks, which require the balance be paid at least 60 days in advanced or more in some situations.

Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made after that time (59 days or less), the deposit is non-refundable. We will apply the deposit to another stay the same year. Deposits for parties of 8 or more and for exclusive weeks are non-refundable at any time.
