Taxes
3.9% State and County must be added to all rates.
Transportation
We meet our guests at Steamboat Springs, CO (plane
or shuttle) for $50 per trip.
Discounts
Group rates are available upon request.
Tips
A 15% gratuity will be added to your bill and distributed
weekly to the staff.
Deposit
$500 per adult / $200 per child.
We will give a full refund with a minimum of 60 day notice. A refund of half the deposit may result with less than 60 days notice unless we can fill the space. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, or personal checks.
